BREEAM Assessor Nottingham or Leeds
We are recruiting a BREEAM Assessor to expand our BREEAM department within our multi-disciplinary consultancy, joining an established team in a friendly environment with competitive packages.
The role
- Managing and delivering your own projects
- Assisting colleagues with their BREEAM projects
- Advising design engineers on BREEAM requirements
- Assisting to secure new projects and opportunities
What we’re looking for
- Registered BREEAM Assessor
- Good communication skills
- Interested and confident to advise and support others
- Organised with a flexible attitude
- Responsible, punctual, reliable and hard-working
- Able to meet deadlines and work as part of a team
- BREEAM AP, WELL, LEED or DREAM experience an advantage

Junior Revit Assistants Nottingham or Leeds
We are recruiting Junior Revit Assistants to join our building services design teams, assisting our Revit Engineers to produce detailed Building Services designs in 2D and 3D.
The role
- Producing 2D and 3D models and working drawings from sketches and discussions with our engineers
- Modelling and co-ordination of Building Services – ductwork, pipework, cable tray – using Revit MEP and AutoCAD
- Revising and updating models and drawings as required
- Following BIM protocols
- Creating and amending Revit MEP families, tags and annotations
- Creating legends, schedules and discipline templates

- Responsible, punctual, reliable and hard-working
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- A grade 4 or above (A-C) in Maths and English

Mechanical Design Apprentice Leeds
An opportunity to join our Engineering Team as a Mechanical Design Apprentice in Leeds – learning from an experienced team, with day release to obtain professional qualifications up to degree level and support to obtain CIBSE membership.
The role
- Designing, sizing and selecting mechanical systems using calculation software
- Implementing sustainable technologies into the mechanical design
- Producing three-dimensional models, drawings, specifications and reports
- Co-ordinating design with colleagues from other disciplines
- Using industry design guides and Building Regulations
What we’re looking for
- Looking for a career in mechanical building services and sustainable design
- Appetite to learn and develop, confident to ask questions
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Responsible, punctual, reliable and hard-working
- A grade 4 or above (A-C) in Maths, English and a science or design subject
- Willing to use Hevacomp, Revit and AutoCAD
