Mat Stubbs
Managing Director
Over 30 years' experience planning, developing and implementing strategy for the operational management of the business. Mat manages key client accounts and leads our industrial and food services offers, having delivered large overseas projects in Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan and the Falkland Islands.

Adam Keightley
Commercial Director
A diverse role spanning business development, daily management of the sales and marketing team, and interfacing with project delivery teams. With 30 years' experience, Adam is Anderson Green's defence sector champion and offers a mentoring role within the business.

Jason McDonald
Sales Director
With over 30 years in the industry, Jason works closely with clients providing a first-class technical sales service, specialising in energy conservation and developing M&E strategies at the concept stage for the rest of the team.

John Hollingsworth
Nottingham Office Director
Regional Director at our Nottingham office, responsible for delivering our services to a vast array of clients. With over 26 years in the industry, John leads project delivery from initial client engagement through to full Stage 5 construction packages.

Danny Downham
Defence Director
Leads our Defence Services team across the UK and USVF Defence Estates. Danny served a 32-year career as a Royal Engineer in the British Army, retiring as a Major within the Specialist Team Royal Engineers (STRE), and brings over 35 years' experience to our defence clients.

Andy Moss
Leeds Office Director
Regional Director of our Leeds office, responsible for the delivery of all services provided to his clients. With over 34 years in the industry, Andy has a particular focus on large and complex industrial, retail and accommodation sector projects.

Adam Cope
Technical Director
Develops our services and energy strategies, and supports the engineering teams with technical design production and auditing. As Technical Director, Adam maintains our technical standards and is our software development champion, leading our BIM and 3D integrated design offer.
