Accredited assessment and certification support across BREEAM, WELL, DREAM and non-domestic Passivhaus. Our sustainability team are Passivhaus-accredited for non-domestic buildings, and we are a BREEAM Licensed Assessor Company.

Building Regulations compliance, tracked end to end
Building Regulations Part L compliance, SAP/SBEM calculations and EPC assessments – handled in-house and tracked from early design through to as-built completion.

In-house M&E cost expertise
One of Anderson Green’s differentiators is our dedicated in-house M&E cost consultancy team – offering everything from initial cost plans and pre-tender estimates through to design & build procurement, contract-stage cost control and final account input.
Our cost consultants are trained M&E engineers, supporting accurate, technically-grounded cost advice throughout a project’s life. We use SEC Win.it software, drawing on a continuously updated database of material costs, to underwrite the accuracy of every cost report.
Construction Stage Services
Technical advisory through to completion
A full range of construction stage technical advisor services, focused on M&E services auditing and supporting the design team and client through to completion. Services can be provided individually or as a complete package:
- Independent design reviews
- Technical submission, design and drawing reviews
- On-site installation quality reviews and clerk of works site monitoring
- Valuations and variation reviews
- Commissioning witnessing
- Operation & Maintenance manual reviews
- Attendance at seasonal commissioning and 12-month defects reviews
In-Use / Post-Occupancy Reviews
Formal evaluation, in line with RIBA POE
Post-occupancy assessments – either a formal review as required by the DfE, or an independent report for individual clients – covering metered energy and water performance against design predictions, condition surveys, and opportunities for energy reduction and renewable technology improvements.
In line with RIBA’s Post-Occupancy Evaluation framework, we offer three levels of review:
- Light Touch POE – a rapid evaluation before the building contract concludes.
- Diagnostic POE – a more detailed review where a light touch POE flags the need.
- Detailed (Forensic) POE – a comprehensive investigation to resolve significant or persistent performance issues.
